Service Description

A coaching session is a 1 on 1 session that will focus on creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and get clarity on how you want to take those positive next steps forward. With the "Dig deep" package we begin by getting to know each other with a detailed Intake form. This form will be filled out prior to our first meeting. This allows me to get to know you and understand what is important to you. Once the Intake form conversation has been completed, we then move on to our coaching sessions. The "Dig Deep" package allows you to go deeper into conversation while also discussing your values and what is most important to you. Knowing your values can help assist us while we are walking through our coaching session. With this package you will receive three coaching sessions, 1 hour each, that will cover your topic of discussion. The total cost for the Intake form and conversation as well as the three coaching sessions and Values Assessment will be a total of $350. Contact me with any additional questions.
